Manager access
Administrators may grant Manager access. Managers may buy cost-price token refills without a subscription and have no administrator access. Refills expire 90 days after purchase. Final tokens reflect the payment after the processor’s verified fee; checkout token counts are estimates. Removing Manager access restores ordinary subscription requirements. Existing paid subscriptions keep their billing schedule unless separately canceled.

Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to accept these terms. Provide accurate account and billing details, protect your credentials and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not share, resell or automate access in a way that evades plan limits or security controls.
Subscriptions and renewal
Your checkout shows the plan, price, billing interval, token allowance and applicable taxes before you authorize payment. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval unless canceled. Cancel future renewals through Dashboard → Plan & tokens before the renewal date. Cancellation does not itself create a refund.
Annual plans charge for a full year in advance. The displayed monthly equivalent is for comparison; token allowances refresh monthly on your subscription anniversary. Plan limits, model availability and generation estimates are described in the interface. No plan promises unlimited paid model use.
An immediate plan change starts a new paid billing period at the displayed full price, replaces the monthly allowance and stops the old subscription from renewing after payment succeeds. Unused subscription time and tokens are not refunded unless the refund policy or law requires it. Pack expiry dates do not change. Price changes for renewal will be communicated before they apply; they do not change a prepaid period retroactively.
Token rules
Tokens are nontransferable service units, not money, stored value or an investment. They have no redemption value except where a refund is expressly provided or legally required. Generation tools show token estimates, not provider costs.
Subscription tokens expire at the end of each monthly allowance period, including on an annual plan. Unused tokens do not accumulate. New monthly allowances are provided only within a paid active subscription. Subscription tokens expire when paid access ends or an immediate refund terminates the plan.
Purchased Credit Pack and Auto-Refill tokens expire 90 days after purchase. You need an active subscription both to buy and to use them. They remain locked during any inactive period; the expiry clock continues. Resubscribing unlocks only tokens that have not expired.
We reserve tokens when a job is accepted and settle the final charge when it completes. Failed or canceled jobs release their reservation to the original credit lot, without extending its expiry. Once a completed output has spent tokens, those tokens count as used even if you dislike the result.
Payments and auto-refill
Checkout and payment details are handled by Stripe or PayPal when the chosen method is enabled. We retain payment references and billing records, not your full card number or security code. A redirect alone does not confirm a payment; verified provider confirmation controls access and token grants. Failed, reversed or fraudulent payments may suspend access and revoke the associated unused credits.
Auto-Refill, if offered and separately enabled, purchases the disclosed token pack when your balance reaches your chosen threshold, subject to the chosen spending cap. It is off unless you explicitly authorize it, and can be disabled independently of your subscription. Auto-Refill tokens follow the same 90-day expiry and active-subscription requirement as packs. No automatic purchase is enabled merely by accepting these terms.
Your content and AI output
You retain rights you have in your uploads and prompts. You grant us and the service providers needed to complete your requests a limited license to host, process and transmit that content to operate the service. This does not give us permission to publish your private content for marketing.
Only upload material you have permission to use. Obtain appropriate consent for a real person’s face, voice or likeness, including voice cloning and lip sync. Do not create deceptive impersonation, nonconsensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, illegal material or content that infringes rights. Do not bypass model safety controls.
As between you and HollyTheStudio, you may use the output for lawful personal or commercial purposes subject to your input rights and the selected model’s applicable license and provider terms. AI outputs can be similar to other outputs, contain errors or be ineligible for copyright protection. We do not guarantee exclusivity, factual accuracy, exact identity preservation, flawless lip sync or a particular commercial result. Review before publication.
Publishing, storage and access
You control whether to export or publish your content. Advertising spend and connected-platform fees are separate from your subscription. You are responsible for ad claims and platform requirements. Some integrations may be unavailable until connected.
Keep your own copies of important files. Uploads and temporary working files may expire according to the tool’s displayed retention limits. Subscription expiry does not guarantee indefinite file storage. We may suspend access for abuse, security risks, nonpayment or legal requirements and will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue when appropriate.
Refunds, service changes and liability
The Refund Policy is part of these terms. It distinguishes a first-purchase refund from cancellation and includes remedies for material service degradation and no-fault termination.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without promises of uninterrupted operation or a specific creative outcome. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those limits, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us during the 12 months before the claim; this does not reduce refund obligations or liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Applicable US federal and state law and mandatory protections in your place of residence govern as required by law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to a court or regulator.
Changes and contact
